Refund policy
Cancellation
Although we do not have a cancellation policy, we can make exceptions if the order has not gone into production. Please email us at hello@blueflowerco.com if you want to cancel an order, and if the production has not started, we will cancel the order and make a refund less any payment gateway charges incurred (usually 3%-7%).
Return
We have no return policy, as the products that we are selling are customized & made on order, although we do show recommended sizes to make the ordering process easier. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@blueflowerco.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we have sent you a product that has not been ordered by you, or has a manufacturing defect, we will give you an option to give a 100% refund, once we accept & confirm that there is indeed a manufacturing defect in the product.
Please note: Since each product is handmade by an artisan, there could be distinctive variations
in color, shape, size or slight imperfections. These do not count as a manufacturing defects
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please note: Handmade products may be susceptible to minor imperfections, such as knots, small holes, or uneven stitching. These imperfections are also not considered to be manufacturing defects and are simply a part of the handmade process.
Some examples of things that are not considered to be manufacturing defects:
* Slight variations in size, shape, or color
* Minor imperfections, such as knots, small holes, or uneven stitching
* Natural variations in materials, such as wood grain or leather blemishes
* Wear and tear from normal use
Process of refund under 100% Money-back guarantee:
In case of manufacturing defect found in the product while it is received, a complaint with the clear pictures of the affected area should be filed at the time of receiving the product, within 48 hours of receiving the product. This should be mailed at hello@blueflowerco.com or a return request should be filed through the website. We will get back to you within 72 hours of receiving the complaint. The sole decision of considering the validity of the query after hearing it from the customer however lies with the quality team. A refund or a gift voucher against the refundable amount will be issued thereafter.
For orders done by customers residing outside India: An E-mail will be sent to you with the tracking details of your order, if you have not received the order or have not found the product as described in the listing, you must contact us within the same day of receiving the product. Please note: it is your responsibility to provide us with the right email address while placing an order; the company will not be liable if you do not receive the E-mail because of wrong E-mail address provided.
